I like to get out of bed first thing in the morning and do fasted cardio; this ensures my body is focused on burning existing fat. Sometimes I'll do speed walking on the treadmill for 30-45 minutes or I'll go for an hour speed walking hike. But my favourite form of cardio is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). I typically do 10-15 minutes of HIIT cardio and I am able to burn a lot of calories in the process.
