ICE-COFFEE PROTEIN SHAKE

½ cup almond milk
1 cup coconut water
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon maca powder (optional)
1 scoop chocolate protein
1 shot of coffee
Blend almond milk, coconut water, chia seeds and maca powder together until combined.
Carefully pour mixture into a freezer-safe zip-lock bag or large ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
In the morning, empty frozen mixture, protein powder and a hot shot of coffee (this will help to break up the frozen mixture) into the blender and blend on high until you reach an ice-coffee consistency.
Pour and serve immediately.
