San Diego-born Janna Breslin is a triple threat. As a personal trainer, nutritionist and fitness model, you could say this girl likes to keep busy! With many magazine covers and features under her belt, she’s not stopping anytime soon. Always down to try new things, she was even on the TV show Wipeout a few years ago. MMH caught up with Janna to chat about her training schedule, what she looks for in a man and what she does for fun.

How do you stay in shape?
I stay in shape by being consistent with my diet and training. I eat a high-fat diet with whole foods, no preservatives, GMOs or additives. I do not eat sugar or processed foods. I love weight lifting, sprinting and backpacking.
What’s your favourite food?
My favourite food is homemade but I would do almost anything for sushi too.
What is your favourite body part to train and why?
I love training shoulders and glutes because those are my favourite body parts!
What body part do you love most on a man and why?
I love when a man is truly healthy on the inside and strong overall. I do like nice arms and abs though!
What do you do for fun?
I love being outside getting fresh air but a lot of my fun is researching the latest health information on nutrition and integrative medicine.
Describe your perfect night out.
My perfect night out is in the probably the gym because I do not go out and party much. If I had to choose then it would be a nice restaurant with a glass of red wine and some good laughs with friends.
If you could be anywhere in the world doing anything – what and where would you be?
I would be everywhere all the time! I would be travelling the world and experiencing different cultures and food.
What characteristics do you most look for in a partner?
Their confidence, drive and motivation for life. In my eyes, those are the most attractive qualities someone can have. They’ve got to have a good heart too!
